The mission of Wauwatosa Little League (WLL), formerly known as North Central Little League (NCLL) and also briefly as Wauwatosa Milwaukee Little League (WMLL), is to teach the fundamentals of baseball and provide all players the opportunity to grow and develop in their knowledge and love of the game. Guided by the values of honesty, loyalty, courage, respect, teamwork and sportsmanship, WLL is dedicated to creating a strong community in which volunteer coaches, athletes, parents, officials and fans work together to achieve our goals.
In 1977, 34 families – and only $87 – formed an official Little League organization that is now Wauwatosa Little League (WLL), formerly known as North Central Little League of Wauwatosa and Milwaukee (NCLL). WLL is a non-profit 501(c)(3) baseball organization, run by a board of volunteers. In fact, WLL is a 100 percent volunteer organization with a dedicated executive Board of Directors that meets year round to ensure that Milwaukee and Wauwatosa area residents have an affordable family focused activity available to them. WLL has never turned a family away because they were unable to pay the annual fee. Through the years, we have earned recognition from both the State of Wisconsin and the City of Milwaukee as an outstanding youth organization.
As we now enter our 46th year, our name has changed but our 2023 goal is to provide the opportunity for even more kids in the Wauwatosa & Milwaukee area to play Little League Baseball.
